DISPLAY OF THE HOME INFORMATION PACKS - Terms & Conditions

Display HIP is an online service that allows HIP Providers and the public to display, store, download and print Home Information Packs. We are not a supplier of Home Information Packs but simply a resource that displays information provided by HIP Providers.

Display HIP does not accept liability for the accuracy of any information displayed as this is the responsibility of the HIP Provider.

In the event of a complaint regarding information displayed, delays in information being displayed or any other complaint please telephone 0845 003 7606. If the complaint cannot be dealt to your satisfaction the issue will be passed to the HIP provider or their governing body. This does not effect your statutory legal rights

By listing your property on Display HIP you agree to let the Home Information Pack contents and details of your property be available for viewing by anyone,  using the 'search' page.
